What Will You Do?
As an English Teacher at Speak Up Thailand, you will help students build confidence and improve their English communication skills.
👩🏫 Main Responsibilities
- Teach English: Deliver English lessons according to Speak Up Thailand’s teaching materials, curriculum and teaching guidelines.
- Follow the Teaching Guide: Follow the provided teaching manual and lesson guidelines to ensure a consistent learning experience for students.
- Manage Your Classes: Take care of assigned classes, maintain a positive learning environment and support students throughout the lesson.
- Record Actual Classes: Accurately record what actually happened in each class, including the lesson content and activities delivered.
- Class Documentation: Complete required class records and provide relevant information after each lesson.

- Follow the assigned lesson plan, teaching guide and teaching materials.
- Create a friendly, engaging and supportive classroom environment.
- Communicate clearly and encourage students to actively participate in class.
- Take responsibility for the assigned class and support students throughout the lesson.
- Ensure that class information and teaching records accurately reflect the actual lesson.
